Jenny Berg

Jenny's passion is to help Non Profit agencies, especially in the Health & Human Services sector, to become better, stronger and more collaborative and more impactful.  In her current position as Executive Director of The Leadership Council of Human Services Executives, Jenny has the opportunity to connect with the leaders of many Human Services agencies in our community and to find out what their needs are. She am always open to other's suggestions, comments, connections and collaborations!  

Prior to the Leadership Council position, Jenny served as the President of the Board for Impact 100, a women’s grant making organization founded in Cincinnati in 2001 which has awarded over $2.5 M back into our community through grants of at least $100,000.  As a board member for 6 yrs and President of the Board for 2 yrs, she still remain a passionate member.  Jenny also on the national board of the Women's Collective Giving Network, which is an association for women's giving organizations, like Impact 100.

Jenny currently serve on the board of Women Helping Women, and the Pastoral Council Advisory Board of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.  In the past, she served on the board, and as board chair of Tender Mercies & Ursuline Academy, and is an alumni of the Leadership Cincinnati Class #35.  Jenny and her husband Jim have 3 children, 2 of whom are married, and a daughter who is at Miami University.
