What You Bring to the Table

First and foremost, we are seeking businesses that create social impact in the Greater Cincinnati region – whether it’s through the product or service they provide, the people they employ, or the way they increase diversity of leadership in the startup ecosystem. We’re also looking for …

  • Market validation: companies should enter the accelerator generating revenue, or with strong evidence of customer development to demonstrate that you’re meeting a significant market need

  • Strong team: don’t go it alone! We seek teams, rather than solo founders, to maximize companies’ capacity for engagement with the program

  • On-site presence: founder teams will commit to spending time at Union Hall at least three days per week during the accelerator for programming, meetings, events, etc.
