Cleanup Collective: Talking Trash and Winning Big

Flywheel is so proud of SustainableCincy alumni founders, Lucas Williamson and Alex Rosa! Their business, The Cleanup Collective is making it easy to host cleanup events all across town. Event organizers can schedule their event and have a cleanup cart deployed to the location they will clean.

In April 2022, they participated in the first city-wide Rethink Hackathon around a common problem: litter. The Cleanup Collective began as the idea for a turnkey cart with everything a group of volunteers would need to tackle litter in their neighborhoods. Last Fall, they went through our SustainableCincy accelerator with an idea and came out with proposals for their services.
