Gayle Hilleke

Gayle Hilleke has spent her career working to strengthen communities through various jobs in nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies. Prior to moving to the Cincinnati area, Gayle worked at the Corporation for National and Community Service in Washington, D.C. where she served as an AmeriCorps program officer and as a project manager for a national assessment initiative, the State Administrative Standards Project. Through the Standards Project, Gayle helped nonprofits increase their capacity to successfully manage their organizations in areas such as finance, grant implementation, administration, training, and governance. Gayle earned an M.S. in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C.
