John P. Sieg

John Sieg began as Retail Market Manager of Fifth Third Bank’s Cincinnati South Market in February, 2014, bringing with him extensive experience in banking and customer relationship building. For more than 16 years, John managed as Branch Manager and Regional Manager before moving to Retail Coach but acknowledges every role has given him great insight into the needs of both the employee and the customer.

Now, as Market Manager, his main responsibilities are over the profitability and management of 89 Financial Centers and Bank Martâ locations in his market, but his passion centers around leading and coaching the seven Regional Managers and 89 Financial Center Managers to effectively execute in their roles and enhance the customer’s experience each and every time they interact.  

John holds a BA from University of Southern Indiana. He, his wife Katie and their three children reside in Northern Kentucky.
