Mighty Good

Mighty Good provides a one-of-a-kind communal dining experience with a socially-minded mission. Mighty Good serves as an internship site for 80 students annually in the Findlay Culinary Training program where they will work alongside professional staff to prepare them for a career in the culinary industry. Mighty Good students are members of our community who are currently unemployed or underemployed and looking for a new start.

During and after the program, students will receive robust soft-skill training, as in life skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, and financial planning, with hard-skill culinary training. Elevator helped Mighty Good clarify their mission and implement their goals while providing them with necessary resources and connections for growth. Mighty Good found community through Elevator and now cultivates the Cincinnati community.
