Neil F. Tilow
Neil F. Tilow is the President and CEO of Talbert House and has been in his current position since 1982. Talbert House provides a broad range of programs in four key areas: substance abuse, mental health, community corrections and welfare-to-work/homelessness with a continuum of care that includes prevention, assessment, treatment and reintegration services. These services are directed to a broad-based population including children, adults and families.
During his tenure as President/CEO, the agency has grown from 4 programs with a budget of $1 million to 40 programs in over 20 locations and a budget over $58 million.
Mr. Tilow received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Xavier University. He has previously served as a member of the University of Cincinnati Faculty, and has served as consultant to numerous non-profit and government agencies. He serves on several boards including the Coalition for Behavioral Health, Recovery Link, Ohio Link, Ohio Alliance of Recovery Providers, Health Care Access Now, The Health Collaborative, Northern Kentucky University ELOC Advisory Board, as well as Building Crafts, a privately held company.
Mr. Tilow, a native of Cleveland, lives in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Hyde Park with his wife Sally. They have four sons.
